Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays).

Shipping Charges

We ship products throughout India and charge shipping charges Rs 50/- on order below Rs499/- rest all orders above Rs1000/- qualify for free domestic shipping on all orders.


Returns and Refunds

At Deltascart, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline mentioned below and no Return Policy is applied after purchase.

If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 2 days of your order delivery.

Deltascart is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Deltascart.

No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

COD order once delivered cannot be refund and if the case found damaged/ wrong product sent then we can initiate the exchange after the study of your case.

In case of prepaid orders, we will not replace if product found in right condition but if the product is damaged/ wrong product sent then we can refund for the same.

Product Bought in Sale (if applicable)

Unfortunately, products bought during sale period cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged if the product is not damaged.
