Pricing Policy

The prices of goods listed on our Online Store are subject to change but will not affect any confirmed orders. All the prices were entered in our system with accuracy. Quoted in Indian rupees, all the prices have tax/GST included (India). The GST shall be adjusted accordingly if the GST rate varies between your order date and delivery unless products have been paid for prior to such variation.  

GST will be charged according to the product's category and applicable rates.

Prices can be determined automatically in different currencies according to present exchange rates and billing is done based on shipping page’s effective pricing. Where we discover a pricing error has been made in respect of any goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  should reach us before processing your order. If we are unable to reach you on the given contact details, then your request will be treated as cancelled and you will receive writing confirmation about it.

Damage Code:

 If you receive a product damaged due to transportation, please follow these steps.

Contact us: Notify us immediately via WhatsApp, email, or phone with details of the damage.

Provide evidence: Include photos or videos that clearly show damage to the product and packaging.

Deadline: Report damage within 2 days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange or refund.
